Take a Break

If you're tilted, on a losing streak, or just need to step away, you can manually pause trading from the Take a Break card on the Overview.

1. Open the Overview and find the Take a Break card.
2. Tap a duration. The buttons come from the Presets (min) setting in Rule 4, plus an "Until end of today" option (based on your own day boundary).
3. A message appears next to the button: "Ready to take a break for N? Ending early will follow the rules you set." Tap "Start Break" to confirm. Tap "Never mind" to cancel.

• During a break, a countdown is shown at the top of the Overview and on the extension icon; you'll be notified when time is up.
• During a break, the consecutive-loss and trading-frequency circuit breakers will not stack or trigger.
• The rules for blocking trading sites and ending a break early use the settings from Rule 4.
• The card shows how many times you've broken the rules today and how many early-exit confirmations you've made today.
