Reminders & Notification Channels
Channel rules: quotas, dual-channel, and daily limits
- Discipline alerts, Reminders, and Chain heat alerts all use the channel setup configured on the Reminders page. Price watch can be configured separately on its own page.
- You can have multiple channels active at the same time, depending on your plan: Free allows 2, VIP is unlimited. If you exceed your plan's limit, channels are kept in the order Telegram, Bark, Feishu — extras are dropped, and your Inbox will show a message noting that you have exceeded the number of channels allowed on your current plan.
- Urgent alerts (such as circuit-breaker triggers and suspected rug pulls) are sent to every available channel you have enabled. At least two channel slots are always reserved for urgent alerts, so it is recommended that you enable at least two channels.
- Daily alert limits: Free allows 100 alerts per day; VIP allows 500. Limits are counted per alert, not per channel — one urgent alert delivered through two channels counts as one alert.
- Desktop system notifications do not count toward your channel quota and are not included in the dual-channel limit.
- Each event is sent only once per channel; retries will not result in duplicate notifications.
