Click the account icon in the top-right corner to open the Account Page: email, name, registration date, time zone, daily reset time, current plan and expiration date, the Tiers & Limits table, your referral code, and your referrer.
Historical data retention is based on your plan: the Free plan keeps 30 days of data, and VIP keeps 180 days. Older alert records, trade history, settings change logs, and shout-out records are deleted automatically. (Your own notes, memos, FOMO records, and Price watch entries are not deleted.) Within 30 days after a VIP plan expires, data is still retained at the VIP retention length. Only one item in the Tiers & Limits table has no effect: Chain heat refresh interval — the entire site updates it every 10 min, as noted in the table.
