Reminders & Notification Channels
Reminder list: Done, Snooze, Edit, Delete
The Reminder list can be filtered by Pending, Done, or All. Each entry shows the reminder item, due time, and status (Waiting, Due, Following Up, Overdue, Done).
| Setting | What it does |

| Done | For a Once reminder, this closes it permanently. For a repeating reminder, this closes only the current occurrence; the next one will still notify early, on time, and follow up as usual. |
| Snooze | Use the dropdown to choose how long to wait before being notified again. The options can be changed under General › Working habits › Snooze menu choices. This only delays the current occurrence and does not change the reminder's original time. This button does not appear before the reminder is due. |
| Edit | Edit the title, time, lead time, link, or notes. |
| Delete | Once deleted, the reminder will never notify you again and cannot be recovered. If you have simply finished the task, click Done instead. |
Every push notification includes a link that opens a small page requiring no sign-in, with the options: "Open the link in the reminder," "Done," "Remind me again in 10 min," and "Remind me again in 1 hour." Once you tap Done or Snooze, all subsequent follow-ups and alerts for that occurrence will stop.
