What we collect, where it lives, and what we never touch
Things that stay in your browser
The GMGN API key and GMGN request-signing key you enter in the browser extension stay in this browser only (choose "don’t remember" to clear them when the browser closes). They are never sent to our server. The extension uses them to query GMGN directly about the wallet addresses you added. Custom icons you upload, and the extension’s paper-trading accounts and review notes, also stay in your browser.
What the extension sends to our server
Profit summaries, trades and current holdings of the wallets you added (public on-chain data returned by GMGN); a presence heartbeat (only whether you are at the computer and for how long, never what you are doing); the extension version. We use them to run the discipline rules you set and to show your overview. The extension also fetches the alerts we send you and shows them as desktop notifications.
Which web pages the extension acts on
Only two cases: paper trading adds paper buy/sell buttons on gmgn.ai pages and reads prices and your paper positions there, keeping that data in your browser; and during a breaker or rest you set, opening GMGN, Binance, OKX, DeBot, Bybit or Bitget first shows a "pause" page (you can continue, with no blocking for 15 minutes). The extension does not read or change any other page and has no permission to.
What the website stores
Your account (the name and id from Telegram or Google sign-in), your settings, the wallets and tokens you add, reminders, notes, orders and referral records, and the alerts we sent you. Notification credentials (Telegram, Bark, Feishu) are stored encrypted and shown only by their last characters. Data lives on our own server; we never sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
Who can see what you write
To handle issues you report and to stop reminders being abused to spam others, our operators can view your reminders, notes, price watches, wallets and FOMO records in the admin panel. Every view is logged (who, when, how many items) and that log cannot be edited or deleted. We never share this content with third parties.
What we never touch
Wallet private keys and seed phrases: never enter them into any website or extension; we will never ask. We have no wallet-signature sign-in, never place orders or move funds, and the extension contains no code that calls trading endpoints. Do not enable trading permission when you create your GMGN API key.
Deletion and export
Under General settings › Data you can export all your data or delete your account and data. Payment orders are kept for accounting but unlinked from you. Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored, including the keys.
