Safety & FAQ
Not receiving alerts?
- Go to System & health and click Start self-check. Follow what each line says.
- In Reminders, confirm that at least one channel is fully configured, then click Send test message on that card (on the Bark card it is Send test push). If the message does not arrive, a pop-up will explain what is missing. Save your changes before testing.
- No desktop notifications: check whether the extension is online on the Extension status page, whether Desktop notifications from the extension is turned on under General › Startup & presence, and whether your system settings allow Chrome to send notifications.
- Open Inbox, click the entry, and read the reason shown under each channel. "Not configured" — fix the channel settings. "Our side" — no action needed from you.
- Check whether Do Not Disturb is on (General). When it is on, all alerts except the highest-priority level are suppressed and sent as a Digest on resume when it ends.
- Check whether you have reached today's alert limit; Inbox and the self-check will state this clearly.
- Circuit breaker and profit lock never trigger: check that you have added a wallet in Wallets, that the Enable toggle for the relevant discipline is on and saved, and that the Extension status page shows online.
- Price alerts are not arriving: the rule for that token must be on; every channel checked under Where alerts go must be fully configured; the same token will not trigger another alert during its cooldown period; alerts are suppressed when liquidity is below the threshold.
- Alerts arrive but your phone makes no sound: iPhone users should use Bark, allow Critical for Bark in iPhone notification settings, then click Play time-sensitive push test on the Bark card.
