Price Monitoring & Chain Heat
Chain heat
The Chain heat page shows whether the chains you follow are currently hotter or cooler than their own usual level. Each chain is compared only to itself, not ranked against others.
Data comes from DexScreener (trades and paid promotions over the past few hours, updated every 10 min) and DefiLlama (chain-wide volume, fees, and TVL, daily, updated every 3 hours). The site fetches one shared copy of the data.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Heat level | Super hot, Active, Normal, Quiet, or Insufficient data. |
| Trade speed | How many times the 1-hour and 6-hour trade rate exceeds the 24-hour average. |
| Buy ratio | Share of buy transactions over the past 24 hours. |
| Paid promotions | How many are running right now vs. the usual number. Promotions are paid placements bought by project teams; a high count does not mean the price will rise. |
| Chain volume / On-chain fees / TVL | How many times today's figure exceeds the 7d average, plus the 7d change in TVL. |
| Volume heat · Last 60 days | Each day's volume compared to its preceding 7-day average; 50 = normal. |
- In the Chain selection card, check the chains you trade most often (grouped as mainstream, EVM chains, and other chains).
- Click Save. Free allows up to 3 chains; VIP allows up to 10.
The Alerts card offers three alert types, all off by default — check whichever ones you want to enable: chain volume sharp drop, chain volume surge, and sustained cooldown. Alerts are sent only for chains you follow, delivered through the channel you configured on the Reminders page, with a maximum of one alert per event per day.
