Early Circuit-Breaker Release

The rules for early release follow what you set in Discipline: the "great momentum" sleep mode uses the rule group in item 3, and everything else uses the rule group in item 4. Rules are enforced by the Server, so bypassing the interface does not bypass them.

1. Open the overview and look at the "Circuit Breaker Active" or "Resting" banner at the top.
2. If the banner says "Must be locked for at least N minutes before early release is allowed — please wait," wait for the countdown to finish.
3. If Require typed phrase is on, type the phrase shown on the banner exactly into the "Type it here" field (spaces are ignored; paste is not allowed), then click "Release Early (counts as one rule break)."
4. If Allow direct exit is on, you can also click "Exit Directly (counts as one rule break)," then click "Confirm? This will count as one rule break" to confirm.
5. After release, a message reads "Released. One rule break has been recorded for today."
