Questions

SettingWhat it does
Does it cost anything?Free, for as long as you like — all features included. VIP only adds higher limits and faster price refresh.
Do alerts still come with the tab closed?Yes. Price alerts, Reminders, and discipline checks all run on the Server and are pushed to your phone. When the extension is online, desktop system notifications also appear. Discipline tracking requires the extension to push your wallet and trade data; if the extension is offline, that data will stop updating and the page will show how many minutes ago it was last synced.
Does the circuit breaker block websites? Not ours. The extension shows a countdown on its icon and fires a system notification. When you open a trading site such as GMGN, Binance, or OKX, it first redirects to a "Hold on" page — you can dismiss it or choose to continue (no further blocks for 15 minutes).
Can you touch my funds? No. We do not — and never will — ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet signature, and we do not accept exchange trading permissions.
Which chains?Price watch: Solana, BSC, Base, Ethereum. Wallets: Solana, BSC, Base, Ethereum, Robinhood, Arc, Stable.
How is this different from a stop-loss?A stop-loss manages a single order; TradeGuard manages you — revenge trading after a losing streak, position sizes that quietly grow when you're on a hot streak, and fatigue from staring at charts too long.
The numbers on the dashboard never change?Check the "Data from N minutes ago" indicator in the top-right corner. If it's very stale, the extension has stopped: open the browser that has the extension installed and check the GMGN Key in the extension settings.
The extension won't connect to my account?Go to the Extension Status page, generate a connection code, and enter it in the extension settings page within 10 min. If it has been used or has expired, generate a new one.
The extension icon shows "K"?Either no GMGN API Key has been entered, or you didn't check "Remember Key and credentials" — after a browser restart you'll need to re-enter it.
Why do the "Today" figures on the dashboard differ from those in Wallets snapshots? They use different definitions (GMGN's 1d window vs. your daily closing time) and different sources (GMGN looks at full on-chain history; we only look at the trade details we have fetched). A large gap means the fetched details are incomplete.
Will it get noisy? Each event is sent only once per point in time per channel. You control how often follow-up reminders are sent and how many times they repeat. Price watch has a cooldown period and a quiet window; turn on Do Not Disturb whenever you need silence.
