16 Sitting Reminder
Staring at charts for too long impairs your judgment. The extension reads your computer's system idle state to track how long you have been sitting continuously, and pushes an alert when it is time to get up and move. This feature is paused when the extension is offline.

| Remind after | 60 minutes by default; minimum 10. |
| Break for | The suggested activity duration shown in the reminder. 5m by default. |
| Idle resets after | How many seconds the keyboard and mouse must be inactive before you are considered away, which resets the sitting timer. 180 seconds by default; minimum 30. |
| Tips | One tip per line, for example: “Stand up and take a few steps, roll your shoulders.” |
| Full screen | When the website is open, the reminder fills the entire page. Off by default. |
| Sound | Plays a sound when a reminder appears, applying to both in-page pop-ups and system notifications from the extension. On by default. |
| Voice | Reads the reminder aloud when it appears, applying to both the website and the extension. Off by default. |
