Safety basics

Read-only: TradeGuard only reads data and sends alerts. The extension contains no code that calls any trading interface.
When creating an API key on GMGN, do not enable trading permissions. A key without trading permissions cannot move your funds even if it is leaked.
Your GMGN API key and request-signing private key are stored only in your browser on your own computer and are never sent to our Server. If you choose not to save them, they are cleared as soon as you close the browser.
The signing private key inside the extension is used only to query positions; it is not a wallet private key. The extension will reject seed phrases and wallet private keys.
Your Telegram token, Bark Device key, and Feishu webhook are stored in encrypted form on our Server. Only a masked version is shown on the page, and we cannot read the plaintext ourselves.
The Custom icon you upload on the Appearance page, as well as your paper-trading account and review notes inside the extension, are stored only in your browser.
Uninstalling the extension permanently deletes everything stored in it, including keys and signing private keys.
