Crypto alerts that get through silent mode on iPhone

Bark's four levels
- Passive: straight to Notification Center.
- Active: a normal notification.
- Time-sensitive: breaks through Focus, but not the silent switch.
- Critical: plays sound through silent mode and Do Not Disturb. iOS asks you to allow it once in the notification settings.
A single Bark alert rings for 30 seconds; longer ringing means sending one every 30 seconds.
Keep the loud level rare
